Russian coffee is pretty straightforward to make, and whipped coffee too. Making a cocktail mixing both isn't only a brilliant idea, but it's pretty easy. That's why I was so excited when I found about this reinvented white Russian coffee recipe and wanted to share it with you in an easy-to-follow guide.
You can make your own whipped oat milk white Russian recipe if you want. Adding dairy alternatives usually doesn't make too much of a difference. Still, this whipped white Russian is a lot better than simply putting together Kahlua, coffee, whipped cream, and vodka.
Check the recipe below for all the ingredients and a step-by-step guide.

Directions
Mix instant coffee and sugar in a heatproof bowl. Add boiling water and beat with an electric mixer until it's airy, fluffy, and thick. It usually takes about 2 to 3 minutes with an electric mixer. If you do it manually, it takes longer, and we could consider it a workout because it's incredibly tiring.
Fill two glasses with as much ice as you like. I prefer to fit as much ice as I can. Pour vodka 45 ml of vodka, 20 ml of Kahlua, and 45 ml of milk (or your dairy alternative) into each glass. Stir the drinks to chill.
Top each drink with a layer of frothy whipped coffee. If you use your scale to split the measures, you can check to add an equal amount of creamy coffee to each drink. Serve the drinks with a straw, a cocktail stirrer, or a spoon. In this way, your guests can combine the drinks according to their taste.
