Coffee bean varieties cover four main types of coffee- Arabica, Robusta, Liberica, and Excelsa. Arabica and Robusta account for almost all the coffee sold globally, making them the predominant coffee beans varieties. Robusta is commonly used for instant coffee while Arabica is considered a higher quality coffee bean variety.
