Cold Brew Coffee
Cold brew coffee is brewed with cold water instead of hot water, using coarsely ground coffee, and with an extended steeping period of 16-24 hours. Cold brew coffee is known for being smooth, heavy-bodied, and with low acidity. Cold brew coffee is one of the easiest ways to make coffee and it's one of the only types of brewed coffee that can be stored for up to a week if refridgerated.
