I am going to give you all the general information you need to know to make informed decisions because indulging every now and again is absolutely fine, but consuming these drinks regularly is not a very good idea.
Most dieticians would be surprised to find out that many Starbucks drinks are actually less fattening than some other chain store coffees. However, there are still problems with these delicious treats. For example, even though they contain no fat per ounce, most of them do have more sugar than necessary.
Many people don't realize this until they get their order and see the excessive amount of sugar in each individual item.
