Finca Nueva Esperanza
Finca Nueva Esperanza was born in the late 1950s, founded by Don Ricardo Baumann Brenner and Doña Celia Moreno Corzo. Don Ricardo managed efficient coffee plantations and gave them a quality Wet Processing, a legacy that continues until this day. Upon his death, Doña Celia took charge of the management and although she was very young, she was able to overcome any situation and obstacles to maintain the quality of the coffee with love and care. Still today, Doña Celia is always aware of what is happening on the farm.
Sun dried
The coffee is dried in the sun, for a period of about 6 days. The parchment coffee reaches its optimal point when the humidity is between 12 and 13%
