Permanent Preservation Area (APP)
Permanent Preservation Areas (APP) are protected areas under Lei 12,651 / 2012, or "New Brazilian Forest Code", covers for native vegetation, with the environmental function of preserving water resources, landscape, geological stability, biodiversity , or genetic flux of fauna and flora, protect or only and secure or bem-be of human populations.

The farm, directly and indirectly, brings income to many families in the city and region. They seasonally employ more than 40 people and help these families to have a better quality of life, offering all kinds of support during the period they are working.
