Can I cold brew any coffee?

Hi Jennie,
It actually really depends on your preference what coffee you want to try cold-brewing. However, I recommend Colombian and African coffees as their flavor, body, and acidity can still shine with the cold-brew method. Also try manually blending your coffee beans before brewing–perhaps mixing African and Colombian coffees together. Experiment with your variables each time until you come up with the tasting notes you like! Have fun brewing!

Yes. Any type of roast and grind will work well, no matter how dark or light.
Unlike regular iced or cold coffee, which usually requires hot water to dissolve caffeine from the grounds before adding ice cubes, cold brewing allows you to enjoy a stronger cup of coffee because it soaks for 10-30 hours before being strained and refrigerated. When made properly, a cup of cold brewed iced coffee will have half the amount of acidity as other cold coffees because it doesn't have hot water added at any stage.
You want to try putting lemonade instead of milk in your drink! It's fruity and sour - gives a great touch!
